The wait is over! Season Four of AGENT STOKER is here!

When last we saw our troubled adventurer, he was facing the end of the world. EnGAGE, our schizophrenic AI, had engineered his own bespoke apocalypse after all, and Agent Stoker seemed helpless to stop it. But Episode 401, “Corpse Reviver #2,” begins with someone else’s voice entirely. Did Agent Stoker survive? Has anyone, and if so, how? Just what corpse needs to be revived?

Season Four changes our title motif, as you may have noticed. Seasons One and Two had simple, enigmatic, one-word episode titles. Season Three episodes were titled in accordance with the New York City locations in which each story took place. But as we ended Season Three, the AGENT STOKER HOLIDAY SPECIAL saw us talking with an expert mixologist about what drinks we might feature in the future — and we took many of those suggestions. So each episode of Season Four is titled after the signature drink we feature in that episode. And if you go back and listen to the HOLIDAY SPECIAL, you’ll get a preview of some of the drinks on tap for Season Four, and maybe some of the plot points as well.

Now, what with the world ending, you might wonder why we have such a bright and sunny photo to go with this blog post. Well, just because we’re not tipping the location of the story in its title doesn’t mean we can’t reveal it in another way. Episode 401 takes place in Flushing Meadows Park, home of the 1939 and the 1964 World’s Fairs. Is this vibrant, optimistic view meant ironically — or has Agent Stoker entered a new era of happiness — or maybe somewhere in between?
